Helena Agnes S. Valderrama, CPA, PhD

Dr. Valderrama obtained her PhD (Business Administration) in 2006 from University of the Philippines, MA Technology Policy & Management in 1994 from University of Wollongong, NSW, Australia and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy (Cum Laude) in 1988 from University of the Philippines.

Her expertise includes Power Sector, Financial Regulation, Financial and Credit Analysis, Financial Reporting, Management Control System, Working Capital Management, Project Evaluation/Cost Benefit Analysis and Capital Budgeting.
