MWSS Board of Trustee and Chairman Franklin Demonteverde presided over the oath taking of nine (9) new officials for the Innovation and Technology Group (DA -Romeo D. Roderos), Asset Management Department  (Moro Virgilio M. Lazo), Water and Sewerage Management Department (Engr. Ramon Fabul), Research and Standards Development (Byron A. Carbon), Legal Services Department (Atty. Augustine M. Vestil Jr.), Operations Support Department (Atty. Anabella S. Altuna), Field Operations Management (Engr. Jose Alfredo B. Escoto Jr.), Site Operations Management (Engr. Jose D. Dorado Jr.) and Finance Department (Jocelyn M. Toledo).

The mass oath-taking of the new top MWSS Officials signifies the dawn of the MWSS Reorganization. The Reorganization process began with the implementation of the Early Retirement Program (ERIP) in December last year up to April this year. The process of filling up of positions followed afterwards starting with the posting of advertisements, screening of candidates and eventual filling up of positions. The mass oath-taking is the second batch of top officials sworn in following the swearing in of four other officials earlier this year. Next in line will be the next lower-ranked officials down the line until all positions are filled up.

Indeed, the filling of vacancies in the Reorganization would not just normalize the operations of the Corporate Office again but leads towards the realization of the agency’s aspiration to reach the higher echelons of top performing GOCCs in the country.
