Responding to urgent calls for assistance, MWSS dispatched an emergency relief team to Bicol which had been ravaged by Typhoon Juaning in July 2011.Team MWSS delivered a much-needed potable water supply to the towns of Malinao, Polangui and Libon in Albay through a mobile water treatment plant provided by Manila Water Company, Inc.
